01Our services
We provide an AI-assisted platform for preparing UAE legal documents, including wills, guardianship wills and powers of attorney. Each document is drafted from your answers and reviewed by a licensed UAE lawyer before delivery.
02Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to use our services. You may only order documents for yourself, or for another person if you are legally authorised to act on their behalf.
03Your account
Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
04Accuracy of your information
Your document depends on the information you give us. You are responsible for making sure it is complete, accurate and up to date. We are not responsible for defects caused by incorrect or missing information.
05Fees and payment
Prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Government, registry, translation and notary fees are charged separately unless your package says they are included.
06Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel for a full refund before your draft is sent for lawyer review. Once review has started, the fee is non-refundable, but we will make reasonable corrections to the document at no extra cost.
07Registration and execution
A document may need to be signed, witnessed, notarised or registered, for example with the DIFC Wills Service Centre or ADGM Courts, before it takes legal effect. We explain the steps, but the decision to accept a document rests with the relevant authority, and we cannot guarantee it.
08Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use the services for any unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purpose.
- Provide information about another person without their authority where it is required.
- Attempt to access, disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform or its AI systems.
- Copy or resell our templates or content.
09Intellectual property
We own the platform, templates and content. Once you have paid, you may use the documents we prepare for you for your own personal purposes.
10Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by UAE law, our total liability for any claim relating to a document is limited to the fees you paid for that document. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. You can close your account at any time. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
12Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction, unless the law requires otherwise.
13Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
